How do we book you?
Once you've decided you'd like me to capture your wedding, simply get in touch using the contact form here. I'll confirm my availability, answer any questions, and send over your contract and booking details. Your date is secured once the contract is signed and the booking fee has been paid.
Do you travel for weddings?
Absolutely! I'm based in Kent but happily travel across the UK. Travel within 75 miles of Canterbury, Kent is covered, and for weddings further afield I'll provide a clear travel quote beforehand.
How many photos will we receive?
Half day - 250+ OR Full day - 500+.
Every wedding is different, so I don't work to a fixed number. I'll carefully edit and deliver every image that meets my high standards, ensuring you receive a beautiful gallery that tells the complete story of your day.
How long does it take to receive our photos?
Your full gallery is typically delivered within 4 weeks. If you've chosen the one-week delivery upgrade, your gallery will be delivered within 7 days.
Do you give us all the unedited photos?
No. Every image is individually selected and professionally edited to reflect my style. Unedited RAW files are not included, as they don't represent the finished quality of my work.
We're awkward in front of the camera. Can you help?
Definitely! Most couples tell me this before their wedding. My approach is relaxed and natural, so you won't be left wondering what to do. I'll gently guide you when needed while letting genuine moments happen naturally.
Will we spend hours away from our guests?
Not at all. My aim is to keep portraits relaxed and efficient, so you can get back to celebrating. We'll capture beautiful photographs without taking over your day.
Do you take family group photos?
Of course. Before your wedding, I'll ask you for a list of the family group photos you'd like. We'll organise these efficiently so everyone can get back to enjoying the day.
What happens if it rains?
Rain rarely spoils a wedding! Some of my favourite photographs have been taken in less-than-perfect weather. We'll adapt the plans, use sheltered locations where needed, and still create beautiful images.
What should we wear for our engagement shoot?
If you've booked an engagement session, I recommend wearing outfits that feel comfortable and reflect your personality. Neutral colours and avoiding large logos usually photograph best.
Are you insured?
Yes. I carry professional insurance, including public liability, professional Indemnity and equipment cover, giving you and your venue extra peace of mind.
What happens if you're ill?
In the unlikely event that I'm unable to attend due to illness or an emergency, I'll make every reasonable effort to arrange a trusted replacement photographer. If this isn't possible, you'll receive a full refund in accordance with my contract.
How do we receive our photos?
Your photographs will be delivered through a private online gallery where you can view, download, and share your images with family and friends.
Alternatively, the photos can be delivered via USB if chosen.
Can we print our own photos?
Absolutely. Your gallery includes high-resolution images with personal printing rights, so you're free to print your favourites wherever you choose.
Do you offer albums?
Yes! Beautiful, professionally designed wedding albums are available and can be added to your package or purchased after your wedding.
Can we meet before booking?
Of course. I'm always happy to arrange a phone call or video call to chat about your wedding, answer any questions, and make sure we're the right fit.
